Pregnancy massage

The body goes through many changes during the 9 months of pregnancy which can cause unwelcome aches and pains. Specialist massage during pregnancy can be done either seated on a specially designed massage chair that supports the chest and pillows are placed on the knees to support your bump. Alternatively the massage can be performed whilst lying in various positions on your side with plenty of pillows under your head, knees and bump providing support.

Pregnancy massage is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, although it is advised to wait after the 12th week if you have had a problematic first 3 months or previous miscarriages.
